Godly Servant Leadership -We believe that a godly church can rise no higher than its leadership. It will be MFBC's goal to have men and women who possess servant leadership characteristics and can lead with godly wisdom, character, biblical interpersonal skills, integrity, productivity, accountability and promote unity and biblical moral values.

Spiritual Gifts -We believe each saint has been uniquely blessed with spiritual gift(s) that God wants be use for His glory. We believe in recognizing, encouraging and mobilizing the saints to use their spiritual gift(s) with creativity, quality and excellence to God's glory.
